Los Angeles Kingdom Day Parade

Pathways To Your Future and our volunteer group, The Frontliner Soldiers joined The Southern California Cease Fire Committee in celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr Day at the annual Los Angeles Kingdom Day Parade on January 17, 2011.

The Southern California Cease Fire Committee is a collaboration of many organizations and resources that formed in late 2005 to continue the "Peace Protocol" set in place by Stanley Tookie Williams before his execution. Our main objective is the reduction of violence including, gang violence, domestic violence, racial violence, random violence and the school yard bully"s. We met every Wednesday at 6:30 pm at Bethel AME Church located 7900 South Western Ave in the City Of Los Angeles, CA 90047. We ask all that can join us by choice and not force. Don't wait til the violence knocks on your door. Keep in mind "The life you save may be your own"
