To make the most of the present, young people need to have a hopeful vision of the future and an idea about how to get from where they are now to where they would like to be. They need not know precisely what the future holds, but our objective is to give them enough information to help them prepare for it.

Pathways To Your Future, Inc. Board of Directors is a diverse, active, and professional board with direction and purpose. Its members are leaders in the community and provide a stable foundation on which to grow stronger, more focused, and more efficient. The Board is currently working with staff members to provide Pathways To Your Future with a strategic plan for the next five years as we look forward to continued growth and achievement.

The Board is also devoting significant energy to educating the public about Pathways to Success Emergency and Transitional Housing Program for transition age youth (ages 18-24), and to make certain the community is aware of the many benefits our agency provides to Los Angeles and the greater Los Angeles area. This is in conjunction with more focused efforts at fundraising in the private sector, as more funds continue to be cut from state and federal funding for housing services and support services to transition age youth. This new vision and focus is to ensure the continuation of the many exceptional programs offered at Pathways To Your Future.

With the dedication, experience, and sound judgments of the Board of Directors, we will continue providing vital services to the community and, most importantly, to those individuals suffering from homelessness, alcohol and drug addiction, gang involvement and joblessness along with their children and their families, so that all in the family can find support and reunification.
